Ms. Cristina Aranda

Hello! I’m Ms. Aranda, and I have taught Pre-K 3 for the past six years. I am honored to begin my 17th year of service at Donna ISD. I am super excited to begin a new chapter teaching 3rd grade math this school year. Throughout my time in early childhood education, I’ve focused on building strong foundations in learning through hands-on, engaging experiences. I am also a member of our campus Instructional Leadership Team, where I collaborate with colleagues to support instructional growth and student achievement school-wide. I’m passionate about helping students develop confidence in math and grow as independent thinkers.

Mrs. Kathy Davila

Hello! My name is Mrs. K. Davila and I teach 3rd grade math. This will be my 13th year at JP LeNoir Elementary and it is an honor to be part of the Donna community and Donna ISD family. I love helping students discover that math can actually be fun (yes, really!) and showing them how it connects to the real world. Along with teaching, I'm also a cheer coach, which gives me the opportunity to support students as they excel both academically and in extracurricular activities. I also serve on our campus Instructional Leadership Team, working alongside colleagues to enhance instructional practices and promote student success across the school. Whether we’re solving equations or pumping up school spirit, I’m all about building confidence, teamwork, and a positive learning environment. I can’t wait for another great year!

Ms. Cindy Gonzalez

Hello, parents and beloved students of J.P. LeNoir Elementary! Welcome back to another wonderful year filled with learning, growth, and memorable adventures. My name is Ms. C. Gonzalez, and I am thrilled to be your child’s 3rd grade teacher. As we begin this new school year, I’m filled with both gratitude and excitement.

Over the past 11 years, I’ve had the privilege of sharing my passion for Reading Language Arts, and teaching with amazing students and families. This journey has been incredibly rewarding, and I’ve been honored to receive the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) designation for recognizing consistent student growth and excellence in the classroom. This past year, I was deeply humbled to be named the H-E-B Excellence in Education Rising Star Award Winner—a moment I will forever cherish. It was a true honor to represent our school and district at the state level.

Beyond the classroom, I proudly serve as the cheer coach, helping our cheerleaders shine with pride, spirit, and confidence. This year is extra special as we come together to celebrate 100 years of J.P. LeNoir Elementary—a legacy of tradition, strength, and community.

To my incredible students: I can’t wait to see your bright faces and watch you take on new challenges with confidence and curiosity. Your energy inspires me every single day. To my supportive parents: Thank you for trusting me with your child’s education. I look forward to partnering with you to create a positive, encouraging, and inspiring classroom environment.

Here’s to a fantastic year of learning, growth, and meaningful moments—let’s make it our best one yet!

Mrs. Brittney Perez

Hello! My name is Mrs. B. Perez, and I’m so excited to be your child’s teacher this year! This marks my 13th year in education, and I’m just as passionate about teaching now as I was when I first started. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade, and I’ve truly found my home in 3rd grade—it’s where my heart is! Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to work with incredible students and families, and I believe that strong relationships are the foundation of a successful classroom. My goal is to create a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired to grow. In our classroom, we’ll focus on building solid foundational skills while encouraging creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking. I’m looking forward to a school year full of growth, discovery, and joyful learning!
